Venari Sporting Ltd (“Venari”, “we”, “us”) operates on a selective private client advisory basis.

This Legal Notice governs the provision of consultancy and itinerary coordination services, website use, and the processing of personal data.

1. Terms & Conditions of Engagement

1.1 Our Role

Venari Sporting Ltd is an independent Scottish country sports consultancy specialising in structured advisory planning and itinerary coordination.

Venari:

Acts solely as consultant, planner, coordinator and introducer
Recommends and liaises with selected third-party providers, including estates, outfitters, guides, accommodation and transport providers
Does not own, operate, control or directly deliver sporting activities, accommodation or travel services

All sporting, accommodation and travel services are supplied under separate contracts between the Client and the relevant third-party provider.

Venari accepts no responsibility for the performance or conduct of third-party providers.

1.2 Planning & Itinerary Coordination Deposit

Where an enquiry requires bespoke itinerary design, partner liaison, availability confirmation or pricing verification, Venari may require a non-refundable Planning & Itinerary Coordination Deposit prior to commencing detailed work.

The deposit secures Venari’s professional time and expertise and covers:

Initial consultation and briefing
Bespoke itinerary design and refinement
Availability checks and pricing confirmation
Partner liaison and structured introductions
Logistical oversight during the planning phase

The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, irrespective of whether a booking proceeds.

1.3 Coordination Fee

Where a booking proceeds, Venari charges a Coordination Fee calculated as an agreed proportion of the confirmed itinerary value, as confirmed in writing.

Any Planning & Itinerary Coordination Deposit paid will be credited against the final Coordination Fee.

1.4 Third-Party Payments

All fees payable to estates, outfitters, guides, accommodation providers or other suppliers are contracted and paid directly by the Client to those providers, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Venari does not control third-party pricing, availability, operational standards, or delivery of services.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Holding appropriate licences and permits (including firearms where applicable)
Maintaining adequate insurance cover
Complying with all provider rules and applicable laws
Assessing their own fitness and suitability for participation

Participation in country sports involves inherent risks.

1.6 Cancellations

Venari’s advisory and coordination fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Third-party cancellation terms apply separately and are determined solely by the relevant provider.

Venari may assist with liaison but cannot guarantee outcomes.

1.7 Liability

Venari acts solely as consultant and introducer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venari excludes liability for:

Acts, omissions or negligence of third-party providers
Loss, injury or damage arising from participation in sporting activities
Delays, cancellations or operational changes imposed by third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

1.8 Insurance

Clients must maintain adequate travel and specialist sporting insurance.

Venari does not verify the adequacy of third-party insurance policies.

1.9 Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documentation and materials prepared by Venari remain the intellectual property of Venari Sporting Ltd.

They may not be reproduced, circulated or used commercially without prior written consent.

1.10 VAT

All Venari fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Privacy & Data Protection

Venari Sporting Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect personal data necessary to:

Structure and coordinate bespoke sporting itineraries
Manage communications and bookings
Fulfil legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or trade personal data.

Personal data may be shared with selected third-party providers solely for the purpose of delivering requested services.

Clients have the right to:

Access their data
Request correction
Request erasure (where lawful)
Object to processing
Withdraw consent where applicable
