Venari Sporting Ltd ("Venari", "we", "us") operates as an independent Country Sports Agency, providing impartial guidance, programme development, trusted introductions and coordination services across Scotland's country sports sector.

This Legal Notice governs the provision of Venari's agency, planning and programme coordination services, website use, and the processing of personal data.

1. Terms & Conditions of Engagement
1.1 Our Role

Venari Sporting Ltd operates as an independent Country Sports Agency, providing impartial guidance, planning, programme development, introductions and coordination across Scotland's country sports sector.

Depending on the nature of the Client's requirements, Venari may:

• Provide guidance and local knowledge in relation to sporting opportunities and arrangements
• Assist in developing and coordinating sporting programmes and wider itineraries
• Introduce Clients to independent estates, sporting professionals and other relevant providers
• Liaise with third-party providers in connection with availability, practical arrangements and programme development
• Assist with the coordination of accommodation, hospitality, transport and other arrangements forming part of the Client's wider visit

Venari acts as an independent adviser, planner, coordinator and introducer. Venari does not own, operate, control or directly deliver the sporting, accommodation, transport or other third-party services it introduces or coordinates.

All such services are supplied under separate contracts between the Client and the relevant third-party provider, and payments for those services are made directly to the relevant provider.

Third-party providers remain independently responsible for the services they supply and for their own acts, omissions and contractual obligations. Venari does not control the operational delivery of those services.

1.2 Planning & Programme Development Fee

Where an enquiry requires detailed programme development, provider liaison, availability checks or pricing verification, Venari may agree a Planning & Programme Development Fee with the Client before commencing detailed work.

The fee reflects Venari's professional time and services and may include:

• Initial consultation and client briefing
• Programme development and refinement
• Provider liaison and availability checks
• Pricing verification and practical arrangements
• Development and presentation of a considered sporting proposal
• Structured introductions to relevant providers
• Coordination during the planning phase

The scope and amount of any fee will be agreed with the Client in advance. Where work has commenced, fees relating to services already provided will not ordinarily be refundable if the Client subsequently decides not to proceed, subject always to the Client's statutory rights.

1.3 Coordination Fee

Where Venari undertakes ongoing work to coordinate a Client's sporting arrangements, Venari may charge a Coordination Fee, as agreed in writing with the Client.

The Coordination Fee reflects the planning, programme development and coordination services provided by Venari. Any Planning & Programme Development Fee previously agreed may be credited against the Coordination Fee where expressly agreed in writing.

1.4 Third-Party Payments

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all sporting, accommodation, hospitality, transport and other third-party services are contracted directly between the Client and the relevant provider. Clients are responsible for making payments directly to the relevant provider in accordance with that provider's terms and conditions.

Venari does not ordinarily receive, hold or process payments on behalf of third-party providers and does not control third-party pricing, availability, operational standards or the delivery of third-party services.

1.5 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information
• Holding appropriate licences and permits (including firearms where applicable)
• Maintaining adequate insurance cover
• Complying with all provider rules and applicable laws
• Assessing their own fitness and suitability for participation

Participation in country sports involves inherent risks.

1.6 Cancellations

Where the Client decides not to proceed after Venari has commenced work, fees relating to services already provided will not ordinarily be refundable, subject always to the Client's statutory rights.

Third-party cancellation terms apply separately and are determined by the relevant provider. Venari may assist with liaison where appropriate but cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

1.7 Liability

Venari acts as an independent Country Sports Agency, providing guidance, planning, introductions and sporting programme coordination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venari excludes liability for:

• Acts, omissions or negligence of third-party providers
• Loss, injury or damage arising from participation in sporting activities
• Delays, cancellations or operational changes imposed by third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Venari's liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1.8 Insurance
Clients must maintain adequate travel and specialist sporting insurance.
Venari does not verify the adequacy of third-party insurance policies.

1.9 Intellectual Property
All programmes, documentation and materials prepared by Venari remain the intellectual property of Venari Sporting Ltd.
They may not be reproduced, circulated or used commercially without prior written consent.

1.10 VAT
All Venari fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Privacy & Data Protection
Venari Sporting Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data necessary to:
• Develop and coordinate sporting programmes
• Manage communications and programme arrangements
• Fulfil legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or trade personal data.
Personal data may be shared with selected third-party providers solely for the purpose of delivering requested services.

Clients have the right to:
• Access their data
• Request correction
• Request erasure (where lawful)
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable
